New Year House-Workout

Happy New Year and welcome to the first blog of a Domestic Goddess.
 
Well Christmas is over and most of us start another year half a stone heavier.  It's always the way, but the thought of losing half a stone in October/November to compensate for the festive period is too much hassle.
 
If the thought of sweating it out at the gym with the "beautiful bodies" is too much to bear, here are a few suggestions to burn off a few excess calories whilst cleaning your home.

Can you believe a few little chores around the house can have such an impact.
